Image In 1997 three Smithers youth ended up in the British Columbia Foster Care system as a direct result of RCMP retaliatory abuse to a complainant to the RCMP Complaints Commission. It would prove a pivotal point in the creation of what was known at the time as the Recycled Teenagers Group by a group of Smithers youth most of them in the Foster Care system. With in their protection a year later the Street Kid’s Project was formed a youth advocacy, missing youth operation. In 2002 the Street Kid’s Project extended its mission with the formation of the Delta Recon Group a street level stealth research group.

ImageToday the group stands before the United Nations as international community with in the protection of children, the vulnerable as community’s while exposing Canada’s child crimes atrocities to not only the United Nations but international community.
